Delete my data

You have the right to request deletion of your Mary account and all associated personal data. This page explains how to submit that request.

Send us a deletion request

Email support@marycare.co.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your Mary account.

We verify your identity

We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request, to protect against unauthorised deletion.

Your data is deleted

We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days and confirm this by email.

Submit a request

Send your deletion request to our support team. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Please note: Deleting your account will remove all contacts, reminders, and caregiver links associated with it. The Mary app on any linked device will lose its connection and will need to be set up again if re-used. This action cannot be undone.
